POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACE Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to provide Anti-Tamper (AT) engineering support and technical expertise in the areas of analysis, assessment, review, implementation and verification of systems, subsystems and technologies across government client Aircraft, Weapons, Training, Support and Test programs.  AT functions shall include:

  • Analyze AT requirements and AT architectures.
  • Assess AT Counter Measure Attack Trees, vulnerability reports and residual risk artifacts for systems under development and in the fleet.  The Contractor shall prepare and deliver Scientific and Technical Reports (CDRL A002), and execute capability studies (CDRL A003), as required by the programs.
  • Produce AT design trade studies and white papers for presentation to Program Leadership and the AT Technical Authorities.
  • Assist the Navy Verification & Validation (V&V) team with assessment of AT designs and solutions.
  • Assess the AT requirement, designs and architectures for maturity and readiness for technical reviews, and Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) events.
  • Analyze and assess Cryptographic Key Management process and documentation for the programs under development.
  • Analyze an assess requirements, architectures and provisos for cooperative and Foreign Military Sales programs as required by Government statute and applicable export restrictions.

MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least three (3) years of recent and relevant experience in an anti-tamper systems engineering role is required. Demonstrated knowledge in area of engineering expertise is required.
  • Position requires a BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related scientific discipline.
  • Must have programmatic or technical knowledge identifying, formulating, designing and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems and guide the engineering development of modern complex systems; and to employ systems engineering methods and tools in the development of systems.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Periodic Reinvestigation (PR) completed within the last six years.
